This Triathlon Group Training Program is designed for the novice to beginner triathlete. The program accommodates people with no triathlon experience who are signing up for their first event, as well as the beginner triathlete who wants to improve their technical skills and racing experience.
The program will give you the keys to making your first triathlon a success. Experienced expert coaches will design a specific 12-week training program that sets you up for the most successful race day possible through coached training, informational clinics, and motivational group training. Whether this is your first triathlon or your second, third or fourth triathlon, learn the skills you need to cross your first finish line or get your best PR in a fun group environment!
