VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help out at our events. There are numerous tasks and jobs volunteers can assist us with on race day. Volunteers can help body mark racers as they enter the transition area, help direct traffic on the bike or run course, work the aide stations, assist at the timing tent and food tent, police the transition area, work the timing station, or help our police officers with parking and bike course management. We also need volunteers the day before the event to help set-up the race venue.
Every season the local Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts come out to camp race weekend and assist us with the event. They hand out water to racers on the run course, help us direct traffic on the run course, and hand out finisher medals at the finish line. The racers, as well as our coordinators and staff, always appreciate their energy and enthusiasm. They are a welcomed addition the event each season. Thank you Scouts for your continued support!

Volunteers are an important part of any racing event. The help they provide to staff and race participants is instrumental in producing a well-organized and safe event. We value our volunteers and the time they donate. All of our volunteers will receive a Big Earth Racing T-Shirt, FREE Weekend Camping, and Community Hours, if needed.
