PlayTri Triathlon Group Training Programs are designed for the novice to intermediate triathlete. The programs above accommodate people with no triathlon experience, who are signing up for their first event, and the intermediate triathlete, who wants to improve their technical skills and racing experience.
The programs will give you the keys to making your first triathlon a success. Experienced expert coaches will design a specific 12-week or 8-week training program based on your event. These programs will set you up for the most successful race day possible through coached training, and motivational group training. Whether this is your first triathlon or your second, third or fourth triathlon, learn the skills you need to cross your first finish line or get your best PR in a fun group environment!
For the novice and beginner triathlete there is an option to RENT a road bike for the duration of the program for only $100!
