10 Tips for Running in the Cold
Dark mornings, icy or wet pavements, gusting winds and freezing temperatures ... there are so many reasons to stop running at this time of year. It doesn't often drop below freezing here in the DFW area, but there are mornings when temps feel like they are in the single digits. Recently came across this Runner's World article and thought it had some good info to share for those days when the weather is especially cold and you don't really feel like getting out of the house!
