IRONMAN 70.3 Gulf Coast Triathlong

IRONMAN Gulf Coast 70.3 Triathlon has some of the world’s most beautiful beaches and idyllic weather. Panama City Beach sets the perfect stage for those chasing their first IRONMAN 70.3 finish line with a flat bile and run. Athletes will begin their 1.2 mile journey in the Gulf of Mexico for this one-lap swim. The swim course is in a clockwise direction. The 55.8 mile one-lap bike course is known to be flat and fast as it traverses the inter coastal waterways into Pine Log State Forest, but don't be surprised to encounter some rolling hills. This 13.2 miles run is a three-lap course; one of the flattest run courses on the IRONMAN circuit and is very spectator-friendly. You'll traverse the coast and take in the scenic views with temps typically starting off in the mid-50’s warming up to the mid-70's by mid-day, finishing at the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort.

TRiWACO Triathlon
Waco, Texas
TRIWACO Triathlon Series offers two distances. The Olympic starts with a 1500-meter open water swim in the Brazos River followed by a mostly flat and fast 40K bike ride on country roads north and west of Waco. The race finishes out with a hilly 10-kilometer run along the Brazos River that led to the oldest suspension bridge in Texas. The Sprint distance event includes a 400-meter swim in the Brazos River, a 20K bike ride along the same country roads and a 3.5-mile run finishing on the suspension bridge. Waco Tri also offers Aquabike and Relay events.

OZARK VALLEY Triathlon Series offers 8 events (off-road, gravel, road) and various distances, all of which are held at Lake Wedington Recreation Park. The park is located 13 miles west of Fayetteville and is one of the most natural settings for a triathlon in the region. Both spectators and participants can enjoy the natural beauty of the area and combined with unique finisher medals, post-race food, awards and prizes all make this race one that people do not want to miss. SPRINT DISTANCE TRIATHLON IS THE 2026 ARKANSAS HIGH SCHOOL STATE CHAMPIONSHIP EVENT.

RIVER CITIES TRIATHLON takes place at Cypress Black Bayou. This event will sell out, so early registration is mandatory. Most years, this event has sold out on the same day registration opened. Athletes come from across the country to compete at this event, which has anywhere between 800 to 1200 participants. Course distances are 1/2 mile swim, 18.2 mile bike, 5k run.

DeGRAY LAKE Tri Arkadephia, Arkansas
DeGRAY LAKE TRIATHLON Series is one of the original multi-sport festivals in Arkansas. This race series features three triathlon distances (olympic, sprint and super sprint), a duathlon (sprint), aquabike (olympic) and an open water swim (olympic). There will be a team category for the olympic triathlon. DeGray Lake is a reservoir on the Caddo River in Arkansas. This beautiful lake and surrounding Ouachita mountains near Hot Springs and Little Rock is an Arkansas resort state park.

ROSE CITY Triathlon
Tyler, Texas
ROSE CITY TRIATHLON takes place in Tyler, Texas. The 14th annual Rose Sprint Triathlon (650 meter open water swim, 13 mile bike, 3.1 mile run) will take place at a specially designed Lake Tyler course. This event is known for a beautiful course around Lake Tyler and ideal for beginner triathletes. Each year members of USAT vote on their favorite small, medium, and large triathlon. Over the past few years the South Midwest Region has voted the Rose City Triathlon favorite small (2008) and medium (2009 & 2012) triathlon, as well as championship venue for 2011 and 2013.

Athletes looking for a beginner-friendly and fast course should look no further than IRONMAN 70.3 Waco. The 1.2-mile downriver swim takes place in the Brazos River at Pecan Bottom Park. Followed by a 56.6 rolling countryside bike course in the Heart of Texas on this one-loop. Finishing up with a 13.1-mile two loop run along the stunning Brazos River, as runners cross the oldest suspension bridge in the Southwest, marking your unforgettable finish.

25th Annual OILMAN TEXAS TRIATHLON is the premier Long Distance Triathlon in southeast Texas. Our field limit will be 1,000 participants. The race begins with a 1.2 mile swim in Lake Conroe, followed by a 56 mile scenic bike course in Montgomery County, and a 13.1 mile fun starting at the Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake Conroe.
