Please join Tracy Christenson Saturday, March 5th at Cycling Center Dallas for an introductory session and demonstration of Suspension Trainers and the Rip Trainers. These functional, fun-to-use, fitness tools increase strength, stability and overall fitness. If you haven’t used them before, or have and would just like to learn more, pencil CCD on your calendar and learn how TRX and Strength Training can improve your overall fitness.
CCD uses TRX Suspension Trainers and other creative "outside the box" fitness tools in small group and individual strength sessions. These training sessions have delivered great results for competitive cyclists, triathletes, and non-cyclists looking to improve overall fitness, lose weight, and gain muscle tone.
It will be an informative, but laid- back open session between 9 am and 12 pm. There’s no structured agenda or lecture—as people drop in Tracy will talk about the concepts behind the various pieces of equipment and offer you a chance to try some basic movements to get comfortable using them.
Feel free to walk in and join the discussion. Come when you can, and stay as long as you want, and ask as many questions as you like. Get a workout in with some hands-on practice, or just watch others and get some new ideas for your own fitness program.
