The 2020 Memorial Hermann IRONMAN 70.3 Texas will offer 40 qualifying slots to the 2020 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Taupō, New Zealand.

Two triathlon distances (international and sprint), plus an aquabike category for individuals, a team category for the international distance and a sprint duathlon...all of which are held at Lake Wedington Recreation Park.The park is located 13 miles west of Fayetteville and is one of the most natural settings for a triathlon in the region. The 12th Annual TriWaco Triathlon, a Waco Chamber event, will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2020. The race starts with a 1500-meter open water swim in the Brazos River followed by a mostly flat and fast 40K bike ride on country roads north and west of Waco. The race finishes out with a hilly 10-kilometer run along the Brazos River that led to the oldest suspension bridge in Texas. The Sprint distance event includes a 400-meter swim in the Brazos River, a 20K bike ride along the same country roads and a 3.5-mile run finishing on the suspension bridge

The 40th Annual River Cities Triathlon takes place at Cypress Black Bayou. Registration is currently closed and will officially open on April 1st, 2020 at 6:00 am. This event will sell out, so early registration is mandatory. Most years, this event has sold out on the same day registration opened. Athletes come from across the country to compete at this event, which has anywhere between 800 to 1200 participants. Course distances are 1/2 mile swim, 18.2 mile bike, 5k run.

One of the original multisport festivals in Arkansas...the 2020 DeGray Lake Triathlon will feature three triathlon distances (olympic, sprint and super sprint), a duathlon (sprint), aquabike (olympic) and an open water swim (olympic). There will be a team category for the olympic triathlon. DeGray Lake is a reservoir on the Caddo River in Arkansas. This beautiful lake and surrounding Ouachita mountains near Hot Springs and Little Rock is an Arkansas resort state park.

CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System has partnered with East Texas Triathletes to present the Rose City Triathlon. The 12th annual Rose City Triathlon sprint triathlon (650 meter open water swim, 13 mile bike, 3.1 mile run) will take place at a specially designed Lake Tyler course. This event is known for a beautiful course around Lake Tyler and its trend of attracting new participants from across East Texas and beyond each year. Each year members of USAT vote on their favorite small, medium, and large triathlon. Over the past few years the South Midwest Region has voted the Rose City Triathlon favorite small (2008) and medium (2009 & 2012) triathlon, as well as championship venue for 2011 and 2013.

OKLAHOMA is a word that was coined by the native American missionary Allen Wright. He combined two Choctaw words, "ukla" meaning man and "humá" meaning red to form the word that first appears in an 1866 Choctaw treaty. Oklahoma means REDMAN and REDMAN means a challenging swim, a "rolling hills" yet fast bike course, and a closed, flat run course, combined with service and support that will exceed the expectations of the seasoned Full distance or the newbie Half distance triathlete alike.

The 17th Annual Oil Man Texas Triathlon is the premier Long Distance Triathlon in southeast Texas. Our field limit will be 900 participants. The 1.2 mile swim in Lake Conroe, the 56 mile bike in scenic Montgomery County, and the 13.1 mile run will take place from the beautiful and newly opened Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake Conroe. Lodging is recommended at the Margaritaville Lake Resort located on Lake Conroe 1 hour north of Houston, in Montgomery, TX.
